Your choice
We currently use essential storage only. “Accept all cookies” and “Reject optional cookies” therefore enable the same essential functions today. Neither choice enables advertising or optional analytics. If we introduce optional trackers or new purposes, we will explain them and request a new choice before activating them.
What is used
Cloudflare security — __cf_bm
Our hosting security provider Cloudflare uses this cookie to distinguish automated traffic and help protect the website from abuse. It expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. It is not an advertising cookie. Cloudflare may also use challenge cookies when a security check is necessary; their duration depends on the security configuration.
Portal sign-in — session storage
The clinician and admin portals store their signed-in session in this browser tab to provide the requested account access. Livadia removes it on sign-out. Session storage normally lasts until the tab or browser session ends; browser session-restoration features may retain it. Server-side session expiry still applies.
Your cookie choice — luma-cookie-choice
We keep your accept/reject choice, policy version and time of choice in local storage for up to 180 days before asking again. It contains no medical information or advertising identifier and is not sent to our server. This preference applies to this browser and website address, not automatically to other devices. If storage is blocked, the choice applies to the current page but may not survive a reload.
Changing your mind
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer or the button at the bottom of the page at any time. Rejecting optional cookies does not disable essential security or sign-in storage. You can also delete or block storage in your browser settings, but blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other requested functions.
Other processing
Security logs and doctor-referral link counts are separate from cookie preferences. Rejecting optional cookies does not stop necessary server requests. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
