Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern use of the Livadia mobile application, website, and related services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required in your country and can enter into this agreement. The operating entity and governing-law details must be completed before release.
What Livadia provides
Livadia helps you store and organize personal health records, preserve uploaded source pages, create and export user-verified result sheets, compare laboratory entries with matching units, schedule medication and follow-up reminders, optionally track menstrual cycles, and, when you have legal authority, keep a child profile and recorded vaccination history. Features may change during testing as privacy, accessibility, and reliability are validated.
Not medical care
Livadia is not a doctor, healthcare provider, diagnostic service, treatment service, or medical device. It does not diagnose conditions; recommend medicines, supplements, treatments, or dosages; determine pregnancy or fertility; or make emergency decisions.

Your account and security
Provide accurate registration information, keep credentials and devices secure, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until access is revoked. We may suspend sessions when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Your records and responsibilities
You retain rights in information and documents you submit. You grant Livadia the limited permission needed to process, transmit, display, and—where a feature explicitly says so—store that content solely to operate requested features.
You are responsible for checking OCR-proposed and manual entries against the original report before saving. Automated extraction may omit or misread information. Do not upload information you lack the right to process, including another person’s records without lawful authority.
For a child profile, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise legally authorized to manage the child’s information. Vaccine entries must be checked against the official immunization record. Livadia does not create a vaccine schedule, certify vaccination status, or replace official records.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service.
- Attempt to access another person’s account or records.
- Upload malware, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with security controls.
- Use the service to make automated medical, employment, insurance, or eligibility decisions about others.
- Copy, resell, or reverse engineer protected service components except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Doctor referrals and subscriptions
A patient may optionally enter a participating doctor’s code when creating an account. The code records referral attribution and may create a pending connection request, but it does not grant clinical access. The patient must separately accept and choose the categories the doctor may view.
An active clinician connection allows the participating clinician to view only the categories the patient approved and to exchange messages with that patient. The patient may revoke access at any time. Clinicians—not Livadia—are responsible for their professional advice, recordkeeping duties, response times, and emergency protocols.
Livadia Free includes uploading, organising, viewing and sharing records, medication reminders, personal care plans, connected health, cycle tracking and Cycle Companion chat. Livadia Plus adds blood-test analysis and explanations, results chat and other non-cycle assistants, historical comparisons and trend interpretation, family profiles and searchable blood-marker history, at USD $2.99 per month or $24.99 per year. Feature availability and any storage or fair-use limits will be disclosed before purchase; plans are not based on a three-versus-twenty monthly report allowance. New accounts receive three calendar months of Plus without payment details or an automatic charge. After the welcome period, users may stay on Free or explicitly purchase a renewing subscription. Previously stored records and saved explanations remain accessible on Free, and records remain exportable and deletable. New premium analyses and conversations require Plus. Basic safety warnings are not paywalled.
Final subscription pricing and terms will be shown by the applicable app store and may vary by country, currency, tax, and platform. The clinician portal is free, and the current offer does not include patient-referral commissions.
Reminders and estimates
Notifications may be delayed, suppressed, or affected by device settings, connectivity, and time-zone changes. You remain responsible for medicines, appointments, and follow-up. Cycle predictions weight recent valid cycle lengths, widen date windows when history is limited or variable, and estimate ovulation separately. They remain estimates—not medical conclusions, pregnancy or fertility determinations, or reliable contraception.
Third-party services and availability
The service may depend on app stores, hosting, storage, notification, email, security, connected-health providers, or user-approved processing providers. Their availability is outside Livadia’s complete control. Secure messaging is not an emergency or guaranteed-response channel. We may maintain, change, or discontinue features and will provide notice of material changes where reasonably possible.
Suspension, export, and deletion
Livadia lets you export locally stored app information, sign out, and permanently delete your account and linked server-side health data from Profile after explicit confirmation. Deletion also clears local Livadia state and cancels reminders scheduled by the app. We may restrict access for security threats, prohibited use, legal requirements, or material breach.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or appropriate for any medical decision. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Final warranty exclusions, liability caps, indemnity terms, dispute process, and governing law require qualified legal review for the actual operating entity and launch markets.
