Delete in the app
Open Livadia, choose You, then Privacy & security → Permanently delete account. Read the confirmation and approve it. This is the fastest option because you are already signed in.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address used for your Livadia account. Include that account email in the message. We will verify that you control the account before acting.
Email an account-deletion request
Do not include laboratory reports, passwords, or other medical information in the email. We only need the email address associated with the account.
What deletion removes
After verification, Livadia deletes the live account and linked profile, medical records, uploaded originals, medication schedules, reminders, cycle entries, connected-health authorizations, clinician connections, and in-app messages. The app also clears its local Livadia data and cancels notifications when deletion is performed in the app.
Limited encrypted infrastructure backups may remain temporarily until normal backup rotation completes, as described in the Privacy Policy. They are not used to restore a deleted account.
