Your records, your routines, your people. Connected, without the clutter.
Records
Records, without the paper trail.
Keep blood tests, medical imaging reports and other health files together.
Explore the details
Rename, pin, export or delete a record. Keep every source page beside your result table, and send a selected blood report to your connected doctor.
Scan or upload a PDF, or group up to 20 photos into one blood report. Review extracted values against the original before saving. Imaging files are stored, not medically interpreted.
Results & trends
Make more sense of your results.
Explore explanations, results chat and your blood-test history with Plus.
Explore the details
Search Records for a specific blood marker, such as glucose or iron, then tap its history to see a chronological chart across all your uploaded blood tests containing that marker—no need to select reports to compare. Each verified numeric result with matching units becomes a dated point. Tap a point to see its value and source report. Reference-range bars and two-report comparisons remain available.
Explanations are educational, not a diagnosis. The guided results assistant does not replace your doctor. Missing ranges are not evidence that a result is normal.
Insurance
Your insurance card, close at hand.
Keep a digital insurance card in your Medical profile.
Explore the details
Enter your insurer, insured name and member number, with optional policy and expiry details. Add front and back photos if useful. On-device reading can suggest labelled details from a photo; review them before saving. Your saved card and originals are encrypted, and you can edit or remove them.
A digital copy does not verify coverage or replace your insurer’s official card. Doctors can view it only with your separate Medical insurance permission.
Medical reminders
Routines that fit real life.
Keep medicines, prescribed injections and other medical reminders in one weekly view.
Explore the details
Record the prescribed instructions, days and times—including insulin or fertility injections. Select a day, mark a task taken or skipped, and correct a confirmation if needed. Unconfirmed tasks can receive online follow-ups at 5, 10 and 15 minutes.
Livadia does not calculate doses or change treatment. Never repeat a dose because of a reminder. Follow-ups require internet, notification permission and synced confirmations; delivery is not guaranteed. Review reminder time zones after travel. Do not rely on Livadia alone for time-critical treatment.
Care plans
A plan that starts with you.
Build a dietary, movement or everyday care plan—even without a doctor.
Explore the details
Choose days and multiple reminder times. Share a plan with a connected doctor, who can offer a revised version for you to accept.
Clinician follow-ups can include questions, measurements and resources. Responses are not continuously monitored, and plans are not an emergency channel.
Cycle
Your cycle. Your space.
Log periods, explore dates and use Cycle Companion chat—all included in Free.
Explore the details
Your estimates update as you log. Optional gentle check-ins and the cycle companion help you prepare a message for your doctor—you choose whether to send it.
Cycle tracking is optional and can be hidden. Predictions are estimates, not confirmation of ovulation or contraception. Check-in notifications need permission and regular app use to refresh.
Family
A little less family admin.
Keep children’s vaccination histories in their own profiles with Plus.
Explore the details
Record vaccine details, review scanned entries and keep source information together. Share separately with your doctor when you choose.
For parents or legally authorised caregivers. Livadia does not verify vaccinations or replace an official record or immunisation schedule.
Health profile
Bring your daily picture together.
Connect Apple Health, Android Health Connect and WHOOP.
Explore the details
Open your name in You, then choose the Medical tab for blood type, health details and measurements. Log blood pressure, blood glucose and laboratory insulin manually, or import supported readings from Apple Health with permission. The Personal tab keeps your contact details, height and other preferences separate. Laboratory insulin results are not injection doses.
Fitbit access is limited to approved accounts and can import recorded glucose when available. The Fitbit and WHOOP connections do not currently provide blood pressure; WHOOP does not provide glucose through this API. A connected watch does not necessarily measure either. Imports depend on permissions and provider availability.
Sharing & QR
Share a little. Or a little more.
Choose the files a trusted person can see, or connect with your doctor.
Explore the details
In Care team, tap Connect by QR code to show your code immediately. Switch to Scan QR code to scan your doctor’s code, then confirm their identity. Choose the categories to share separately. You can also filter files, edit a share and set its expiry. Medical profile and measurements require profile access; insurance has its own permission. Connection QR codes expire after ten minutes and work once.
Medical profile details are patient-reported, not clinically verified; do not use a self-reported blood type for transfusion decisions. Clinician sharing is controlled by category. A referral or file share does not grant access to your entire account.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Protection, with clear boundaries.
Livadia encrypts data in transit and encrypts uploaded document files and saved insurance-card details on its servers. You choose which categories to share with a connected doctor and can revoke that access.
This is server-side encryption, not end-to-end encryption. Livadia’s service can decrypt information to provide its features. No service can guarantee absolute security.
