How do the three free months work?

New accounts receive three calendar months of Plus on signup, without payment details. Afterwards, choose Plus or stay on Free.

Will I be charged automatically after three months?

No. You choose and confirm a subscription yourself. Otherwise you stay on Free. A purchased subscription renews until you cancel through your app store.

Can I still get to my records on Free?

Yes. Uploading, organising, viewing and sharing your records stays part of Free. Existing records remain accessible, exportable and deletable if you stop paying. Plus unlocks explanations and analysis, not access to your own files.

What is included in Plus?

Blood-test analysis and explanations, Ask about results and other non-cycle assistants, historical comparisons, searchable blood-marker history charts across uploaded reports and separate family profiles.

Is Cycle Companion free?

Yes. Cycle tracking and Cycle Companion chat stay free. Other Livadia assistants and blood-result analysis are included in Plus. Messaging your own doctor is sharing and communication, not a paid chatbot.

Do I need Plus just to add a blood test?

No. You can save, view and share the original report on Free. Plus is for asking questions, generating explanations and analysing results over time.

What happens when my Plus access ends?

You keep your records and previously saved explanations. New premium analyses and non-cycle assistant conversations require Plus again. Medical reminders, measurement logging, medical profile details, care plans, cycle tools and sharing stay free. Basic safety warnings are never a paid feature.
