Livadia helps you organise information for an existing care relationship. It is not a marketplace for finding a new doctor, and it is not an emergency service.

Connect with a participating clinician
In Care team, choose Connect by QR code. Your personal code appears immediately. Show it to your doctor, or choose Scan QR code to switch to the camera and scan theirs. Review the identity before confirming, then approve only the categories you want to share in Care team. Codes expire after ten minutes and work once. Scanning alone never grants access.
Keep insurance sharing separate
Open You, tap your name, then choose Medical to add insurance details manually or attach card photos. Review any suggested text before saving. Your doctor can see the digital card and originals only if you enable Medical insurance in the connection’s sharing permissions. Profile access alone does not include insurance. This is a digital copy, not confirmation of coverage.
Choose the right kind of sharing
An approved clinician connection uses the categories you agree to share. Trusted-person sharing lets you choose particular files for someone you trust. These are different permissions: review what is included rather than assuming your entire account is shared.
Give the report some context
For a connected doctor, select the relevant blood report and use the send-to-doctor option. In a message, explain what you want to discuss and which report you mean. Avoid sending unrelated records just because they are available.
Keep control as things change
Review active sharing, edit selected files or revoke access when it is no longer needed. Revoking access prevents further access through Livadia; it cannot recall a copy someone has already downloaded or information a clinician must lawfully retain.
