Start with the records you actually need: a recent blood test, an imaging report or a document for your next appointment. You do not have to digitise your entire history in one sitting.

Photograph or upload the original
Keep each page readable, with the report date, laboratory name, units and reference ranges visible. Avoid shadows and cropped edges. Livadia lets you add PDFs or photos; several source pages can belong to one blood report. Keep your original documents until you have checked the saved copy.
Review, then give it a useful name
When Livadia extracts blood-test values, compare them with the source pages before saving. Automated extraction can make mistakes. A name such as “Blood test — August 2026” is easier to find than a camera filename. Rename records and pin the ones you need most.
Separate storage from interpretation
Saving an imaging report does not mean Livadia has medically interpreted the scan. Blood-test explanations are educational, not a diagnosis. Keep the original report available for your healthcare professional.
Prepare for the next visit
Find the relevant records before the appointment and choose what you want to share. You can also export a blood-test result sheet. Do not rely on a digital copy until you have confirmed it is complete and readable.
