A personal care plan is a way to organise the routines you want to follow. In Livadia, you can create one yourself without connecting a doctor. It is an organisational tool, not a medical prescription or a personalised treatment recommendation.

Start with a small, specific routine
Give the plan a name that tells you what it is for, such as “My weekly routine”. Add actions you have chosen or agreed with your clinician. For example, a dietary plan might remind you to prepare a meal, while a movement plan might organise activities already suitable for you. Livadia does not decide which diet, exercise or treatment is medically appropriate.
Choose the days and reminder times
Set the days on which each action applies and choose reminder times using the time controls. You can schedule more than one reminder in a day. Start with times that fit your actual routine rather than adding so many reminders that you ignore them.
Check notification permissions
Scheduled reminders need permission to send notifications. Check both Livadia’s reminder settings and your phone’s notification settings, including any Focus or Do Not Disturb mode. A notification is a prompt, not proof that an action was completed or that someone is monitoring your plan.
Review the plan with your doctor if useful
You can share your plan with a connected doctor. The doctor can propose a revised version for you to accept. Check the changes before accepting and clarify any medical instructions directly with them. You do not need to connect a clinician just to maintain your own plan.
